Order Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors or stock issues.

Prices Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated separately.

Payment Payment must be completed at the time of order through the available payment methods on our store.

Delivery Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

Warranty Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity applicable under French and European consumer law. For any defect, contact us with your order details.

Force Majeure ECOWAL shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
