Refund and Return Policy – ECOWAL

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following conditions.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.
• Products must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories and documentation included.
• Custom or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at the email listed in our Contact Information section with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
